Profile

Dr Guido Carim Junior is a Senior Lecturer at Griffith University, Aviation department, and a researcher at the Safety Science Innovation Lab. He holds a Master and PhD in Industrial Engineering and has experience as an Embraer 195 pilot and aviation safety specialist. His research focuses on innovative safety practices, human performance in complex activities, accelerating expertise and data analytics. He has experience in several research projects in MRO, particularly investigating the use of maintenance procedures, incidents caused by maintenance actions and improving the training of engineers.
