Naomi Smith is Director of Supply Chain Management for Boeing Defence Australia. She leads the development and implementation of the company’s integrated supply chain strategy, and coordinates and executes all supply chain activities for programs and commitments, including the company’s Industry Engagement Strategy. She also ensures BDA’s activities align with the Commonwealth’s Australian Industry Capability Program.
Naomi was previously BDA’s P-8 Program Manager, responsible for delivering sustainment support to the Royal Australian Air Force’s (RAAF) fleet of 12 P-8A aircraft and associated training devices.
Prior to joining Boeing in 2017, Naomi was a Logistics Manager with Airbus Australia Pacific, working primarily on the company’s RAAF P-3 Orion program.
She commenced her career as a Logistics Officer in the RAAF, where she supported operational Squadrons, as well as acquisition and sustainment programs for the former Defence Materiel Organisation.
