Michaels leads the BDA Australian Industry Capability (AIC) team and industry engagement with Australian suppliers and industry bodies.

A key focus is to identify and develop Australian capability to support BDA deliver some of the Commonwealths largest and most complex programs.

Michael has been with Boeing for over 7 years and is enthusiastic for driving Australian industry opportunities and supplier diversity, and continues in 2023 as a QLD Committee member for the Australian Industry and Defence Network Ltd (AIDN).
