Martynas Grigas boasts a remarkable 20-year track record of thriving in Sales and Business Development roles across several prominent international companies, including esteemed airline and MRO entities. Notably, Martynas has played a pivotal role in establishing two new MRO facilities - one in Europe with FL Technics, compliant with EASA PART-145 regulations, and another in Jakarta under FL Technics Indonesia, compliant with AMO 145 standards. Today, Martynas serves as the CEO of FL Technics Indonesia, a leading global provider of comprehensive aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul solutions, and a proud member of Avia Solutions Group, the premier aerospace business conglomerate from Central & Eastern Europe, comprising over 100 offices and production stations.
In addition to his role as CEO of FL Technics Indonesia, Martynas has recently been appointed as the Director for Asia-Pacific (APAC) of Avia Solutions Group, furthering his involvement in the aviation industry. Martynas is also the Chairman of BBN Airlines Indonesia, an Iceland-based cargo airline specializing in ACMI Leasing, Air Charter Flights, and Air Freight Services.
