Jake Adams is currently the Manager Future Sustainment, leading growth and transition activities for Northrop Grumman Australia’s sustainment business, leveraging is 27 years of Defence experience.
Commencing his career as a RAAF Avionics Technician on C-130 E & H model Hercules, Jake saw active service with 36SQN in Operation Bastille and Falconer. Moving to industry, Jake has held roles in training system management, capability development, program management and business development across the RAAF C-130H Hercules, KC-30A Air to Air Refueller, Super Hornet & Growler, and Government Special Purpose Aircraft Fleets.
In recognition of his leadership of the KC-30A program and contributions to the significant improvement of KC-30A mission capability, Jake was awarded the 2021 Indigenous Defence Leader of the year at the Defence Connect Australian Defence Industry Awards.
