An engineer with over 35 years of experience in Defence Industry and Civilian Aviation Maintenance organisations, including the last 22 years in the Aviation training environment. Troy has been the Training Manager with Alliance Airlines for the last 11 years where the growth in fleet and staff numbers have more than tripled in this time. To support this growth, Troy has been an advocate for apprenticeship and traineeship programs and with the assistance of Government and external training partners, has fostered a fantastic training pathway within Alliance Airlines.
