Phil started as Air Calédonie’s Chief Strategy & Operating Officer on 01st May 2021.
Phil served in several capacities within the airlines industries from OEMs in France or USA (Safran and GE), to MRO in Germany (Lufthansa Technik) and to airlines in New Caledonia (Aircalin and Air Caledonie).
Phil founded in 2018 IDEAL Consulting providing consultancy services to several airlines, MRO ou OEM within the Asia-Pacific region.
Phil has obtained a Master of Engineering Degree at the National Institute of applied Science (INSA of Lyon) in France completed with an Aerospace Engineering Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in USA.
He is also certified Black Belt Lean Six Sigma.
